Open a presentation step by step
SheetLaunch helps when you receive a PPTX or PPT presentation but collaborate in Google Slides. The original presentation remains on your computer while a Google copy is created in Drive.
- Connect your Google account in SheetLaunch.
- Find the PPTX or PPT presentation on your system.
- Use Windows Open with and choose SheetLaunch.
- Check the slides in Google Slides before presenting or sharing.
Review these slide elements
Most standard text, images, shapes, and simple layouts transfer smoothly. You should inspect custom fonts, animations, slide transitions, speaker notes, embedded video, charts, audio, SmartArt, and master slide templates after conversion.
Can I reuse an existing copy?
Yes. SheetLaunch can remember the Drive copy and reopen it instead of creating duplicate presentation files whenever you open the same deck.
If the presentation will not open
Confirm that the file has finished downloading and uses a supported extension (.pptx or .ppt). Reconnect Google sign-in if necessary, and ensure your device is connected to the internet.
